For customized apparel (including personalized prints, size tailoring, and fabric customization), processing time will be extended to 3-4 business days to ensure the accuracy of every detail and meet your unique needs.

In the event of unexpected high order volume or supply chain adjustments, we will notify you via email (sent to your registered address at checkout) within 24 hours, providing an updated processing timeline and a 5% discount coupon as a gesture of appreciation for your patience.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes

To ensure your clothing arrives in perfect condition, we use apparel-specific packaging: anti-wrinkle bags for delicate items (e.g., silk blouses, knitwear), waterproof packaging for outerwear, and separate packaging for accessories to avoid damage during transit. Each garment is accompanied by a detailed care label, and we recommend following the care instructions (e.g., hand washing, dry cleaning, avoiding high-temperature ironing) to maintain the garment’s quality and longevity.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, drying, ironing, alteration, or misuse of the products. For questions about clothing care, our customer service team is available to provide professional advice.
